Ongles Queen Nails

The woman who did my nails did them very quick, like 15min quick- they look good, and that might be the experience you are looking for. She did not say a word to me and went on her phone instead. I can’t help but feel like my business was not really welcomed- but for a quick in and out, the job was at least done well.

Called and made an appointment for 3:30 to do a shellac manicure, got there on time. It was so busy, they made me wait 1 hour before finally taking me. My nail technician was constantly distracted and kept stopping to talk to someone or kept getting up to do something else which ultimately, made the appointment take longer than it needed to. The job wasn't done well, my nails were not filed evenly and my shellac easily chipped on one of my nails a day later. When I finished my appointment, I asked if I could get any sort of compensation for the wait, or if they can give me some sort of discount. My technician went over to another lady who was supposedly the manager and asked her about it. She then told me I would have to go over to the manager and explain the situation, so I simply repeated myself to the manager which resulted in no response, I was completely ignored, so when I awkwardly went back to my technician to pay, she told me she wasn't allowed to give me a discount. I didn't argue further because I didn't want to cause a scene...but the fact that the "manager" didn't even respond to me or make eye contact with me when I was right next to her was incredibly rude. I also don't understand why they would even take appointments if they would make us wait that long, what's the point of taking the appointment in the first place? I ended up leaving there at 5:15pm. thats almost 2 hours after the initial confirmed appointment.

They are very good and professional. They have lots of different colors for your nails. They take their time and they are also very clean. I'm very happy with my nails, this is honestly one of the best manicures I've had!
